Meet Our Senior Management Team
Experience counts! Our Senior Managers have years of experience, both in the industry and at MBMS, and a proven track record of results.
Heather Beach joined MBMS as Regional Vice President in 2019, bringing with her nearly 20 years of management experience. She received her BA in Business Management from Rowan University, holds a Green Belt Six Sigma certification, and is an active RBMA member.
Alice started with MBMS in 1997 and has held numerous positions in the company since advancing to her current role of Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management in 2021. With extensive company background and years of management-level leadership, Alice continues to play an important role in identifying and growing MBMS account service managers across our many regional offices. Alice has a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University and is an active RBMA member.
Lisa joined MBMS in 2000 and has held numerous positions within the company before advancing to her current role of Senior Regional Vice President. Lisa provides account management services to clients with continued focus in the area of ongoing physician education. Lisa has a degree in Health Information Technology from The South Hills School of Business and Technology, maintains her Radiology Certified Coder (RCC) status, and is an active RBMA member.
Michele joined MBMS in 2011 after managing an independent radiology practice’s internal billing operation for six years. In total, Michele has over 21 years of radiology billing and account services experience; including working for other radiology revenue cycle management companies. Michele has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rider University and is an active RBMA member.
Jenna joined MBMS in 2007 and has held numerous positions at the company since becoming a Senior Regional Vice President in 2021. Jenna remains closely involved with our internal development teams in order to find new and unique ways to optimize the MBMS billing process. Jenna is an active RBMA member.
Paula joined MBMS in December 2010 after managing an independent radiology practice’s internal billing operation for over 24 years. She has held numerous roles at MBMS before becoming a Regional Vice President in 2019. Paula utilizes her extensive radiology knowledge to support her clients and particularly enjoys developing and supporting MBMS’s less tenured core of managers. Paula is an active RBMA member.
Barbara joined MBMS in 2013 bringing more than 15 years of Medical Management and Billing experience in both office and hospital-based settings. During her tenure with MBMS Barbara has worked in several managerial positions before assuming her current role as Regional Vice President. Barbara is an active RBMA member.
Amanda joined MBMS in June of 2023 with over 17 years of Provider Enrollment & Credentialing experience. Previously, Amanda oversaw the provider enrollment and facility payer enrollment for over 3,000 physicians and over 12 hospitals at Orlando Health. As the Vice President of Provider Enrollment, Amanda is responsible for overseeing the MBMS Credentialing Department to ensure a smooth onboarding process for our clients with payer enrollment.
Lauryn has been with MBMS since 2010 and since joining the company, has remained focused on improving day-to-day workflow and billing processes. Since transitioning to Director of Process Optimization, Lauryn now oversees and further develops MBMS’s standards in processes, policies, and initiatives while working closely with all the levels of MBMS leadership including our billing specialists. Lauryn is an active RBMA member.
Tyler joined MBMS in 2015 as a Healthcare Analyst and has since become MBMS’s Director of Client Analytics. As Director of Client Analytics, Tyler oversees a team of Client Analytics Managers focused on supporting our clients through detailed reporting and analytics. Tyler received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairmont State University and his Master of Business Administration from Wilmington University. Tyler is an active member of the RBMA and Healthcare Business Management Association (HBMA).
Ryan joined MBMS in November of 2019. With more than seven years of radiology RCM experience, Ryan has experience managing client relationships and performing numerous operational functions, specializing in the area of business analytics. Ryan has a Bachelor of Art from Kennesaw State University in Professional Sales, and a Master of Art from Richmont Graduate University. Ryan is an active RBMA member.
Drew joined MBMS in January of 2021. He has worked in the healthcare field since 2010, and for the majority of that time Drew specialized in quality improvement through health data analytics and information management. Drew earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Gettysburg College and completed the Health Informatics Certificate Program at UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education.
Since 2014, Michael has been focused on new client acquisition and business development strategies for MBMS. Michael brings to MBMS a background in management consulting, healthcare operations, and healthcare sales spanning 30 years working with a wide range of Fortune 50 corporations. Michael earned his Masters in Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Georgia. He has also been an active and long-serving committee member for both MGMA and RBMA.
Theresa joined MBMS in 2021 and focuses on new client acquisitions. She brings to MBMS 20+ years of healthcare and radiology sales, an extensive marketing background, and executive leadership experience. Theresa earned her degree from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas. She is an active RBMA member.
Meet Our Corporate Administrators
Our Corporate Administration team is responsible for many of the core operations that help MBMS serve our clients better. From human resources to marketing and finance, these forward-thinking professionals position MBMS as the industry’s premier radiology billing company.
Rob joined MBMS in 2012 with experience in the areas of accounting, facilities management, and corporate insurance. As Director of Finance, Rob works closely with MBMS’s Executive Team to provide real-time reporting around the financial health of MBMS, including forecasting, financial management, and accounting. Rob has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wilmington University and is an active RBMA member.
Julie Alcantara joined MBMS in 2005 after spending eight years in a management-level position at a Fortune 50 company. Julie has held numerous positions at MBMS, many in account management, prior to joining the Human Resources Department. In 2015, Julie was elevated to MBMS’s Human Resources Director. Julie is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is an active RBMA member.
Kim joined MBMS in 2014, bringing over 10 years of marketing and sales experience to the company. As Sales Administrator, Kim is responsible for numerous marketing and sales related activities such as our Radiology Trends Newsletter, development and support of our website platforms and association and vendor relationships. Kim received her Bachelor of Art in English/Professional Writing from Kutztown University and is an active RBMA member and co-chairs RBMA’s Virtual Education Subcommitte.
