MBMS selected to provide billing and practice management services to the largest private practice radiology group in Western Pennsylvania
MBMS is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the exclusive billing and practice management agreements with Allegheny Radiology Associates and Allegheny Imaging of McCandless. Allegheny Radiology Associates is the largest private practice radiology group in Pittsburgh, PA; providing excellence in patient care to The Western Pennsylvania Health System through highly skilled, subspecialty and fellowship trained, radiologists. Allegheny Radiology Associates will benefit from MBMS’s comprehensive coding and documentation program lead by nationally recognized speaker, presenter and educator Lori Shore. Lori will work in conjunction with the dedicated client service employees assigned to Allegheny Radiology Associates’ to continually ensure the practice is optimizing their reimbursement and prepare the radiologists, through seminars, presentations and onsite training, for proposed changes by CMS well before they are implemented.

MBMS Vice President of Coding and Compliance Lori Shore to speak at the Northeast Chapter/RBMA Meeting
Presenting on the topic of ICD-10 and how it will affect radiology practices in the future, Lori will be offering her insight on physician and billing productivity, how to optimize reimbursement and the global impact of this new classification system. Helpful tools and guidelines will be provided to attendees at the daylong conference.

MBMS is pleased to announce it has been selected as the radiology billing provider for the newly created entity, Midwest Imaging Professionals. This strategic merger will include 43 radiologists providing services to 10 hospitals and 3 imaging centers in the Chicago market. Midwest Imaging Professionals will benefit from MBMS's state of the art technological advances, and its dedicated client service team approach, to ensure optimum reimbursement for the practice. The practice will also benefit from the business intelligence provided by MBMS's Discover analytics technology as well as its fully integrated Digital Lockbox, which enables complete transparency into the practice's revenue management performance in real time.

MBMS named Title Sponsor of RBMA’s Northeast Chapter

MBMS now providing services in Western New York
MBMS recently began providing services to two radiology practices in Buffalo, New York. In total, the practices provide services to 3 hospitals and 12 imaging centers in the downtown area. MBMS’s New York specific client service team will be working closely with both practices in order to provide them with expert revenue cycle management and practice management services.

Reprising a topic first presented at last fall’s ACR Forum on New Strategies for Business and Clinical Leaders, the presentation offered practical, pragmatic advice about how to enhance a practice’s market leadership and boost volumes by engaging existing resources in new ways.
