Compliance
MBMS is in full compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. We
maintain and enforce our own Compliance Program patterned after the OIG
model for third party billing companies. Our clients can be assured that
MBMS protects their interests through regular monitoring
and reporting.
Training
MBMS prides itself on our continuing education efforts with our employees.
To that end we have the MBMS University, headed by our
Compliance and Training Officer, Lori Shore. MBMS University utilizes
internal as well as external sources in the ongoing effort to share and
acquire knowledge.
We want our employees to not only know our system and all the industry
regulations but to become well rounded about the healthcare industry and
how better to interact with our clients and their patients. Below are

Professional Organization Membership
